Order A Book
To order a book, please fill in this order form.
When I've received your order, I'll email you an invoice confirming your order details with instructions on how to pay by electronic funds transfer.
When I've received your payment, I'll arrange for the book to be delivered to you. I want to make sure you receive your book, so I'll always use New Zealand Post with tracking so we can both be reassured it'll be delivered.
